What we hold, and why.

Draft: the name, email address, delivery address and phone number given at checkout or in an enquiry form; the contents of an order; and the usual technical data a website receives — pages viewed, device type, approximate location from the network address.

Card details are entered into Square's own payment form and are never received or stored by this website. Square processes the payment and holds the card record.

Draft: to take and deliver an order, to answer an enquiry, to hold a booking, and — only where consent has been given — to send email about the house.

Draft: the payment processor, the delivery carrier, the email provider and the hosting and analytics providers, each only with what their part requires. To be listed by name.

Draft: ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or opt out of marketing at any time by writing to info@thehouseofascent.com. The exact rights, and the response deadlines that come with them, depend on where the customer lives and are to be confirmed.
