Draft: an order is accepted when it is confirmed by email. Pieces are made to order, and prices and availability can change until an order is placed.
Draft: prices are in US dollars and shown before tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless a written arrangement says otherwise — bulk orders are invoiced separately.
Draft: a booking fee holds a slot at the store and is credited against a purchase on the day. Event bookings are held by a deposit and are subject to the cancellation terms published on the off-site page. Both sets of terms are to be confirmed here.
